Dr Nguyen to the rescue as my son’s orthodontist was shut for christmas break. I msgd him after hours 9pm and he called me with in minutes to schedule an appnt the very next morning.
Nothing was a drama and he made my son feel so comfortable .

I would highly recommend!

Dr. Lam Nguyen was very kind, during that time my daughter had a difficulties in eating her dinner because of the pain cause by her swollen gums and tooth and l rung him that night to check my daughter's tooth and without hesitation he help my daughter to relieved the pain by extracting the her tooth caries..thanks be to God she is well now..

Thanks very much to "Bunbury Oral Care" for getting me in early to deal with a painful problem (I am very grateful). Especially grateful to my dentist " Dr Cheryne" , she is very gentle and takes her time. She dealt with my issue of pain and rectified the whole problem on the day , takes the time to explain everything . No pain at all after the local wore off ! I couldn't have hoped for better.

Dr Lam is honestly one of the best dentists in the South West. My daughter went in to get 4 teeth removed in preparation for braces. He took 5 minutes to remove all 4 teeth!!! Incredibly experienced dentist who knows exactly what he's doing. Lovely man with very caring manner. His nursing staff were excellent too.

AMAZING! ***********MORE THAN ABOVE 5 STAR IF I COULD!************

Honestly couldn’t thank this place enough, the amount of pain I was in for a broken tooth, they didn’t have any spots available for emergency as they were so booked up, willing to take me in for a quick assessment and then a script to get me through the night was more than I could ask for. Then to arrive have it assessed then nope we will take it out right now for you get you out of pain.
The customer service the the comfort they gave for such a big thing more me was more than I could have expected and more! I thank you for your professionalism and your amazing quick service and kindness!

Thankyou to the wonderful team at BOCC for fitting me in at such short notice after I broke my temporary crown whilst eating lunch on the way from Perth to Busselton. I highly recommend there professional and friendly service which has allowed me to continue eating during my mini break
