I chose Shelly based on her reviews (her clients sounded like old friends), her experience and location. I booked.
An easy online process. I received an email back, confirming the usual, but also where to park (I had no idea and was concerned about the wrath of the grey ghosts) - so helpful!

Prior to having my massage, Shelly and I discussed my concerns and what particular techniques she would use.

Afterwards, I felt like I was walking on air. In the movies - you see people throw away their crutches and walk like nothing was wrong - well, that was me.
