As a first timer for Pilates Move & Flow has been the best introduction, the Burn classes are brilliant, challenging and Fun! Em has created such a welcoming environment with her bubbly personality, kindness and attention to cater for injuries. As someone who is struggling with wrist injuries she goes above and beyond to make sure I have alternative exercises in the class, her support with this makes me feel confident to come into class. I had never done mat Pilates until I started with Em at Move and Flow. I am now a bit obsessed! After recently having breast cancer I wanted to exercise a bit differently to what I had in the past. I love that my body is strengthening, I’m being pushed out of my comfort zone but the impact is low. Mentally I love it because I’m doing something I really enjoy instead. Em is the best example of health and wellness. She is so professional and welcoming. I feel totally comfortable going to the classes on my own. I’m just hoping that more classes become available 😜 Thanks Em

Emily is such an incredible instructor!! I’ve been going to the gym for years and was becoming a bit bored. I did the Burn class and it was so fun, challenging, and very true to the name - my legs are still burning! Will definitely be back for more and highly recommend checking it out x

Being a guy i initially wasn't sure what to expect being in a room full of ladies. But the session was amazing! Ems really knows her stuff.
