I came here yesterday the 11th of September for the 2st time & it was wonderful.

A very sweet young receptionist who was prompt & booked me to see Dr Miriam who's not Jewish but who's got one of my favourite ever Jewish names, the "wished for child".

Dr Miriam is young, very professional & lovely too.

All fixed up on bulk billing which is great as I'm on the old codgers pension.

To call me a happy camper is an understatement !!!

I really love the thorough treatment and diagnosis but it’s very hard to to get through on the phone and also the opening hours are not updated on the website which is very frustrating when you’re trying to call quickly on work breaks for an urgent appointment. Love the bulk billing also !!

Dr Aker Ekpar Dolan intimidated me into receiving payment even though it is stated that it is meant to be bulk billing and being a senior citizen I should have not been charged.

I felt manipulated, bullied and intimated by Dr Aker Ekpar Dolan and the receptionist.

I have reported Dr Aker Ekpar Dolan to the police for intimidation and contacted the Minister for Health.

1 star is not appropriate, they should be receiving 0 and I do not recommend anyone to attend this clinic.

Cootamundra is so lucky to have this medical practice here in town.Not many if any are open on weekends. Please stop complaining about the service or we may lose it altogether.
