The physician was nice but I visited for pain in my eye and women's wellness and was told I couldn't be seen for that today because this was a wellness visit. Meaning schedule another appt and pay again for each issue. I listed serval concerns on my paperwork but could only address one. Shame. I'll be driving to Euless for Dr. Maya going forward.

This place went down hill when Dr. Maya left. The new NP seem like she guess treatment without little to no research and rushes you. She doesnt listen to your concerns. Hardly ever allow you to book virtual appointments and want you to make multiple pointless visits to discuss what can be said over the phone. Bills insurance just to discuss anything over the phone for labs. Dr. Maya never did this and really just shows it wasn't about the money with her. Writes a six month prescription when i have always received a year prescription. Just because they want another appointment to BILL your insurance. Does not call patients back. Lastly had a 10am appointment and currently still waiting at 11:20.

Brought my husband here since they’re one of the few places that takes Superior STAR PLUS. They got us in the next day and were great! The practice Manager Julie was incredibly helpful! There’s not a lot of Medicaid options out there but this is a great one.

Disrespectful doctor Shaista Manzoor if I can can be called a doctor, always lying during the visits, seems like they want you come over and over again just for monitoring with no treatment.

They have no online fillable forms. Which would save a tremendous amount of time. I don't agree with their high acceptance rate when they don't have this basic availability. I spent over 30 minutes just filling out forms that I could have done on the internet

Provider its great very helpful, understanding and nice. Unfortunately the front desk needs better communication and attitude with the patients. They need to know what insurance the provider is in network. They schedule an appointment for my child and when I arrived they send me back because they no longer take my insurance. They cloud have save me time and gas!!

I was not satisfied with the medical treatment I was provided. They only care about securing the $110 as if we were clients and not patients. Examination by the Dr. takes less than 5 minutes without listening to the patient's concerns. My medication was not sent on the same day of the consult (so what was the point of me seeking medical help)? Definitely not coming back again waist of time and money.
