Been with XRHealth for varying services for over 3 years. The clinicians, office staff and process are all easy to work with, well skilled and suited to our very busy family life. We found the Headset Device quite good though not always used within sessions. Feedback from the objective results using the Apps was very useful and showed clear progress over time. To the point we could transition off of a support service.
Never any issue to rearrange sessions or take a break when away, quick response when changes were required which makes our lives so much easier.

What an amazing service. Honestly the telehealth aspect was a game changer when I first started as it was kind of new but what really drew me was the prospect of using VR for therapy, while I don't use it all the time I think it is an amazing tool and XR is really at the forefront of this incredible, evidence based therapy. More and more is coming out about the benefits of VR for everything from psychology treatments to pain management and physio, while it is very cool, it is an amazing tool for treatment.

Everyone I have spoken to at XR Health has been nothing but kind and fantastic to talk to and deal with. My therapist is caring and compassionate, highly experienced and knowledgeable. You know the sign of a good therapist when every time you leave, you feel better than you did before you went in.

I cant recommend XR Health enough, if you need telehealth services, or want to try some cutting edge VR therapy that is backed by real research (so you know its not just a gimmick), you would be doing yourself a disservice if you did not at least call and have a chat with them. Maybe you have tried it all and had no success, this may be your answer. Either way, they have been nothing but amazing to me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My therapist was probably the best match I've had in a long time and she quit cause she couldnt understand virual reality. As an ex business man wouldnt that be a crucial part of training before you start sending them to vunerable clients.
Unfortunately the person I rang to complain to tried to lay the blame with the therapist instead of taking responsibility that their training had failed in this instance. I have not given up on them yet, just wanted my feedback heard.

XRHealth is amazing! We've been working with a Physiotherapist via their VR applications with weekly sessions for 6 months now. My son is a very demand avoidant autistic child and our Physio is always patient and engages Joss in the activities. I look forward to seeing all the new conent they will add as this service evolves, but already I'm very happy and recommend trying this!
