I have been spoken to headspace sense last 7 months. They have been such an amazing people who helped me through finding my way of facing the challenges that I have had in my life. They supported me a lot in finding jobs and writing resumes.
I would hardly recommend for younger generations to come and speak with them when ever they feel that they need support with anything.

I started working with Headspace for about a year ago and that time I had many issues with finding a new job mental Health issues. As I worked with Headspace (Mick and Millie) I started to feel better and improving every step of the way. In a year time I learned to love yourself and believe in yourself if you want to achieve what your heart desire the most, and the right group of people who can show you the ways I'm %100 sure you will achieve it. And thank you Mick and headspace for helping me through this Journey.

We have sought help from various services in the past for our child. None was of help or interest to our child until Mark from Headspace came in the picture. Needless to say, we have been receiving service from Headspace Dandenong for our child from Mark (Counselor) until now. My child was facing extreme difficulties and issues ranging from school, friends, family etc as a growing teen.

We could not be more grateful of how our child has turned the corner and in much better headspace and happier as a person today. His improvement can be seen from every angle thanks to Headspace Dandenong. Every young person out there going through hardship could be greatly benefitted from this service and I highly recommend to be persistent, engaging and keep attending the appointments as a long term goal which can not be achieved with one or two appointments alone.

The staff are professional, kind, polite and the environment at the reception is welcoming for young people. Rest assured they will be in good hands.

Thank you Headspace Dandenong, thank you Mark for your exemplary service. You make difference everyday and I hope you know that.

I remember my mother taking me here 8 years ago on my birthday because my school told her to bring me here FOR the way they made me become, and needless to say, I HATED this place even before I met it, and I was right to. That was the beginning of me and my life being destroyed. I hope no one ever makes me come to a place like this again! Resist people making you come to places like these if you can, and RUN, run far away if you must.

i am clearly autistic and i hit every single mark when i was screened for autism at headspace. it affects my life and friendships extremely negatively and need treatment but was refused treatment as i “speak too well”. completely denied the help that i need. they also forced me to take 2 different types of the WRONG medication and refused to let me stop taking them. the practices that take place here are outright dangerous.

Was recently told by a parent her 16 year old child was recommended anti-depressants by the psychologist at Headspace as an option without any parental consent or medical consultation. A rather disturbing short term band aid fix rather than long term holistic mental health care that you would hope for.

Kind and friendly staff. The space is awkward though. Feels too quiet. I recommend some simple music in the background or something similar.
