I would like to thank Mr. Shekib Shahbaz and his team for everything that they have done. I sincerely respect and admire his professionalism, dedication and commitment.

Mr. Shahbaz is a very kind, warm, friendly and caring person. He is a brilliant surgeon who articulated everything in a very simple way to explain me my reports and the condition. He provided all the details in a step by step process and explained how it will be done and why it would be required. Because of his caring nature I felt very reassured about my first procedure. After the procedure he took the time to explain all the findings and suggested the best options. He has a fantastic ability to put you at ease with his supportive nature. Because of which I felt very relaxed, comfortable and confident going into my final surgery.

Just like him, everyone in his team are also absolutely amazing. From the very first appointment everyone has been absolutely fantastic.

I would like to thank Sue who not only answered all my queries from time to time but also came to visit me at the hospital after my surgery. I am very grateful that she took the time to come and see me even though she had a busy work schedule. Sue has provided me with all the support from the very first appointment by reassuring me that I was able to contact her anytime even during the Christmas holidays if I needed any help or was concerned about anything during my recovery. Sue was very prompt in replying to all my emails especially all my medical certificates that I needed for work.

I would like to thank Vivien for everything that she has done especially all the phone calls, text messages and all the emails to constantly maintain the communication about scheduling appointments and follow up reports not just throughout my treatment but even after that in spite of a busy work schedule.

Once again I would like to specially thank Mr. Shahbaz as I very grateful and sincerely appreciate his compassionate approach full of genuine care and concern which was very evident throughout my entire treatment. His regular follow ups throughout my post-operative tests at the hospital were a strong support for me during that time. His constant positive reassurance was remarkable especially since it was a very busy time and he had a hectic work schedule during Christmas. I can’t thank him enough for everything he has done and for always being there. True to his word he and his team have really looked after me during that difficult time.

I strongly recommend that anyone looking for a urologist must get a referral to see Mr. Shahbaz so that you can receive exceptional care that focuses on you and your well-being as he treats you with utmost respect and care.

No wonder he is a top urologist in Melbourne. Mr. Shahbaz and his team are in my prayers every day and I wish him and his team the very best.

I recently had the REZUM treatment under Tony de Sousa and couldn't be happier with both the results and the quality of care received from the Clinic.
