We've been patients at this clinic for almost 30 years now. First we started seeing the late Dr Nofreet Dawood, who up until her retirement and even afterwards took care of us and constantly checked in. She is the epitome of what this place is all about. Care for patients being the number one priority.
After she retired just over seven years ago, we've been seeing Dr David Lee. He strives to find the right answers to our problems. He doesn't stop investigating until all options are exhausted and are properly treated. He picks things up that we are unaware of, but because of his thorough care will stop at nothing to make sure we're always at the best of health. He'll always make time to either see us, or at the very least, give us a call if it's urgent. Since he's so well regarded, appointments with him need to be booked well in advance, otherwise calling at opening times can be beneficial as some cancellations occur and they'll fit you in promptly.
I've seen Dr Theresa Ghaly for female needs sometimes, and she is very professional and thorough.
I also see Dr Mina Williams. By far the most amazing gentleman. He goes out of his way to help with any small ailments. Very thorough with his care, and always leave his room laughing.
The regular receptionists that know us very well are always caring and make sure we're all looked after. If I get a new one answer, I always ask for the ones that know me well. That makes me more comfortable until they start recognising me as an ongoing patient. Whenever I come in I'm always greeted by them with a smile and a lovely chat.
All in all, the best place to go to for all your needs.

I have been going to this surgery from more than 2 year. I have seen Dr Carmen to start, when she went of leave starting seeing Di Nina Chiang and Dr Benjamin Liu. These all of the doctors are wonderful. Seeing mostly Dr Ben Liu in last 1 year and like to thank you him for his support in treating when I was going worse time in early 2024. Also thanks to Podiatrist Mina Williams. Thanks sending Regards.

This clinic has some of the best doctors. The doctors are empathetic and patient. They actually genuinely care and listen. The nurses are so patient with children. Ladies at the reception are always helpful.

I have been going to hms for quite a long time,receptionists are all lovely,they empathise with patients,I have gone through mental health issues and I have always been given the time and resources I need.Dr Dawood has always been amazing! He goes above and beyond to support me,yes he is straight to the point and that probably doesn’t go down well with other people but that’s why I respect him.The other gps,nurses and receptionists are lovely God Bless them.pluse a big shout out for Dr Mina you definitely rock lol
