Here's a feel good story for you. My husband dropped his mother off for an appointment that was to take an hour. She was done early and she asked Mike at security if he would help her reach out to him to say "you come get me know". Husband's line was busy so my MIL asked if he would try my line. He was h happy to assist. Not only did he look after making sure we connected by phone, but he also ensured she was comfortably seated and then when he saw we were out front, he escorted her out. Let me tell you, this 88 year old mother was so grateful and delighted to have been waded on to that extend. In a world where so many people avoid eye contact, don't want to get involved and forget their manners, Mike at Security at the Oshawa Clinic showed us that there truly are gentlemen still out there! Thanks Mike. You are legendary to said 88 year old and my husband and I .. and everyone we told about you.

My experience here at the Oshawa Clinic has always been a positive one.
It has plenty of street parking in front of the clinic as well as a paid parking lot in the back of the clinic.
I found the staff at the mammogram and ultrasound clinic to be very thorough and pleasant with me.
It’s a convenient place with many medical professionals all in one building.

I’ve been a client of Dr. Tuppal for almost 10 years and lately I’ve noticed its gone downhill, I have yearly appointments and for the past couple years they have called to reschedule last minute, I’ve always had my appointments booked for March and over the years it went longer and longer i was supposed to go July 26 now I’m in February cause they are booked up, when they called to reschedule they gave me August 26 and I couldn’t make it that day due to work and they said thats all they had available next is February so I had no choice, It’s like they wait until last minute to call me when appointments are all booked up. When I do have my appointment I always have to wait more than an hour to be seen which is ridiculous only to be in the appointment for a couple minutes. Dr. Tuppal is a great guy but I can’t say the same about his receptionists , they don’t know how to book appointments they overbook them.

I just got off the phone with the receptionist who asked me why I cancelled my hearing test...saying that the doctor cannot see me unless the hearing test is completed.

Even though I mentioned repeatedly that I received a call on July 11th from the hearing test office saying they no longer offer this service, my file has been directed to your office because of it. I said I couldn't even make it on July 12th for my appointment since it was the date of my MOTHER'S FUNERAL!!!!!

NOT ONE ONCE OF EMPATHY WAS GIVEN BY HER!!! What in the world ? ..she's the most unprofessional robotic individual in my lifetime!!!

So out dated and dirty. First time 1 evelvator was out of service , second time both were. Apparently this clinic will be closing within the year , good thing, not clean and without working elevators wouldn't recommend for seniors.

Osha the technician that does ultrasound at the echocardiogram unit at the Oshawa clinic is very rude. She also makes you use
used lab. gowns to wear when taking the procedure. The gowns smell from perspiration of other patients and looks so crumpled when handed to you. Then she would press the scanner so hard into your body that it hurts to the bone. I have been bruised for a few days because of this.

The absolute unprofessionalism of their clerk staff is disgusting. Sending email confirmations to clients you've NEVER contacted over phone, and then claiming you get to charge them $100 if they miss the appointment you NEVER call to confirm? Sounds lazy lazy lazy & like a scam attempt to try & take advantage of people who might not use their email on a regular basis.

I'm deeply bothered by the fact they booked my appointment without ever calling me.
& this appointment could have cost me $100 if I never saw the email.

Oshawa Clinic is a great clinic parking is easy and always easy to get in the paid parking clinic area. The price is reasonable compared to most city lots .I find Oshawa clinic clean the location is convenient. Whether I travel buy car or bus ,it's convenient and centrally located ,easily accessible to everyone .Don't need to travel along ways out of my way to see my Dr. It's on the main strip streets are clear and accessible year round .to me as a senior and a fair weather driver in winter as well ,less snow the better ,ill still travel main street to get to the clinic in winter .Great area good place
