I've had a terrible experience with this clinic. I called ahead to ask about getting a walk-in immunization for my child under two and another health issue. They told me to come in on a Saturday morning for both.

I arrived 15 minutes before open, but the doctor didn't show up for another hour (and moving at a leisurely pace). When we finally saw him, he wasn't helpful with my daughter's severe allergic reaction to mosquito bites. He simply suggested continuing the same ineffective treatment I was already using and wasn't open to exploring other options. He also said he doesn't do immunizations and told me to rebook at the front desk.

I rescheduled the immunization for several weeks later, taking time off work and arranging childcare for my other child. But on the day of the appointment, they called to say the doctor couldn't see us because he doesn’t work at 3 pm, and rescheduled us again. How could they not know the doctor's schedule in advance?

We rescheduled again, only to be told right before the appointment that the doctor doesn't do children's immunizations, but the receptionist could. The receptionist also seemed to suggest that bringing my daughter in for an immunization here (which she would tentatively administer) was risky and that I go to a children's clinic to take extra care of her health. It's frustrating that I had to worry about my child's health when I was simply trying to get a routine immunization at a clinic that should be following regulations. They could have easily redirected me when I first called.

The staff seems disorganized and inconsistent. Every time I talked to someone, I got a different story. They also don't seem to understand different provincial vaccination schedules. The receptionist told me that should I bring my daughter in on my third attempt, they would refuse to accommodate her need for a second dose of a vaccine that get administered earlier in our previous province.

I strongly advise against using this clinic. You're likely to receive poor care.

Saw me quickly. Very organized. Doctor was thorough and kind. Answering all questions. Was sent for labwork and had follow up call and appointment first thing the next day.

This place is amazing. I walked in at 11 am and was done before 11:30. The doctor was very respectful and the staff at the reception were super nice and helpful. Highly recommend ?

Don’t recommend! Went in with a very bad cold causing respiratory problems. Was told they wanted an xray before giving antibiotics. (They sent me down the road for the xray of lungs)

The Dr. said he would call me The next day to talk about the x-ray and give me any medication.

No call from the doctor when I tried to call their office could not get through to anyone. Now they’re closed for the weekend…

Leaving me sick of the dog with breathing problems having to go find a different walk-in clinic and start the process all over again.

Best walk in experience I’ve had. Receptionist was super helpful and the doctor was kind. I was in and out within 10 minutes on a Sunday.

I had a minor problem that required antibiotics. As a BC resident with a current healthcare card, I was asked to pay $100…in cash or e-transfer! I had assumed I wouldn’t have to pay, that there is a reciprocal deal with all provinces except Que. since it took me an hour to reach Evercare Clinic, I just paid. It is rather “hellish” to apply back in BC; government website assumes one would not have to pay. Find another clinic if you aren’t a Ontario resident. Bring cash, know how to e-transfer!
You will find getting the money back requires filling forms and dealing with bureaucracy. This is why the 2 Stars. The Evercare website should be required to state one has to pay cash if from out of province.
Receptionist was very pleasant. Wasn’t her call.

The receptionist was very helpful and kind to everyone. They are lucky to have such a dedicated person. The clinic was full and the doctor on duty worked as quickly and thoroughly as possible. It must have been very challenging.
