Dr. Bob and Dr.Chitra are both incredible doctors. I’ve been seeing doctor Chitra for 20 years now and never leave without a smile on my face. The receptionist at the clinic is not a reflection of the wonderful doctors. She is rude, mumbled things under her breath that i cannot understand and is not as welcoming as passed receptionists. If you want to feel comfortable and confident with your medical needs lum road medical clinic is the place to go.

Unfortunately the receptionist has made it extremely difficult to make bookings here. It’s at the point that I am now looking into finding a new Dr.
It’s a real shame as I like Dr. Chitra and have been coming here for 2 decades….

Dr Bob and Dr. Chitra Haran have been our family Doctors for years. They are highly experienced and genuinely care for your health.
My children got all their vaccinations with them,
and their friendly receptionist always fit them in when they are sick or have had injury at school.
My children love seeing them as their family Doctor, and look forward to seeing them, when needed.....😊

Request for health summary for aged care clients for three months, called more than five times. Both the receptionist( Sarita) and Dr. Bob Haran have agreed to provide a health summary and a support letter… Yet they never sent those document. What a shame such behaviour exists in medical clinic in Melbourne.

Not being rude !!! Worst case scenario, people will be dead waiting for the request from this medical centre…..

Definitely not the clinic for vulnerable groups.

The level of care is outstanding. We mostly attended by dr Chitra who is really good with our kids and always take the time to ensure we are all alright as a family.
