I had to have a CT angiogram on 01/07. I was a little nervous, being in the medical profession myself, im not so brave at being the patient.
The staff were nothing but supportive and very kind. From reception, nurses and techs.
Makes a difference to have such nice staff.

Dear manager,
Im 82, Recently I have a couple of medical concerns which resulted in
an ultrasound and a MRI both at I-Med at the Mulgrave Hospital.
I was struck by the kindness of your staff. Stating with the most helpful ladies on the desk, the understanding sonographer that did the ultrasound, she cold see I was stressed due to a full bladder. Daniel who took care of me at the MRI, the three radiographers, the lady that arrived with a warm blanket and the nurse who removed the cannula. All done so professionally and with concern for my well-being. Thank you.

I recently visited for my MRI brain scan, the lady that was in charge of my procedure came off curt and a bit condescending. The instructions she gave me felt very rushed and I couldn't properly comprehend what I was supposed to do. It was my first brain scan so I felt very nervous and confused; more reassurance and debriefing would be ideal. But I digress, I suppose that's just her demeanour, she was a decent conversationalist and took interest in my progress at school.

I booked online following my GP referral, they tried calling me but since I was in class, I couldn't pick up so they ended the call after a few seconds. I had to call back which took approximately 45 minutes of waiting, and had to rebook again. That was incredibly inconvenient, but no out-of-pocket expenses were required since my case was eligible for a free scan.

I recently went in for a scan and was blown away by kindness of every staff member I came into contact with. The appointment ran ahead of time, Daniel took the time to fully explain the process and answer all of my questions. All staff members were so thoughtful and caring, always checking if I was warm enough, comfortable, needed anything. My results were sent to my referring doctor very quickly. Amazingly positive experience. Thank you to everyone.

I had a Brain MRI here and had a very pleasant experience. I booked online, received a call to confirm the appointment, and was informed it would be bulk billed. I arrived early and was seen quickly, with the friendly staff guiding me smoothly through the scan process.

I received a call to confirm my booking, but when I arrived, they claimed they hadn't received my referral. What a waste of time! I had to call the clinic and ask them to resend it. The receptionist was incredibly rude, simply telling me to wait outside instead of helping to resolve the issue. I will never return to that place again.
There was no network coverage or any other means to contact them once I entered the premises.

Joanne was very kind, attentive and helpful person. She explained the MRI procedure very clearly for my father and kindly answered all of our questions. Joanne was very helpful throughout the entire procedure and she is the reason we will be coming again to this clinic and also recommending it to others
