I would like to give feedback re my parents case manager Manjit, she is an asset to Just home care services. She is always very helpful and so easy to talk to and very understanding. My parents are very happy to deal with her and highly recommend her for all her assistance. Nothing is too hard for her, she does her best to see positive outcomes. They intend staying with JHC for many years because of all her help.
Her assistance to myself as exceeded my expectations, and has made my life easier as I manage their package.

Just home care from Admin to care managers is worth a mention.
Manjit our care manager supports us does reviews ,checks on our daily living needs frequently,enhances our living to the best professional way a Carer would.Feels like a family member checking om us professional ly and ethically.
Jessie in admin has been our first contact and we can't overlook her professionalism.

Due to the poor handling of our home care package by our then package provider we transfered to Just hcp approx three years ago.
Ms. Naina Goyal was appointed the Care Manager for my wife and myself and from day one she went above and beyond what was expected to provide us with an efficient, caring and supportive service ensuring that our requests were met and finalized promptly.

My 92 year old mum has a package with Just home care.
I can’t thank her care manager Breih Newman enough. She is kind, caring and helpful at all times. I really feel that mum is getting the care she deserves.

Update Mum is now nearly 94 and has been with Just home care all this time.
We are still so grateful for the care, compassion and dignity given her.
Breih Newman is still her care manager and is still very caring and compassionate. Mums family feel she is treated as a person not just a number in the system.
