I’m a resident at John R Hannah
68 Wattle Grove. Mulgrave 3170 . Vic
From the Manager,: Office, Nurses, , General Staff, all are the most kind people, we are treated very well. Also we have entertained every week, also our birthday are remembering and we shared with all the residentes
The place it’s keep spotless

If John R .Hannah. new what goes on at this Age Care he Founder he would turn in his Grave. My friend and his wife is resident there. Have been for over 5years. Service is Gone down hill. No one Care staff is short medical staff are nowhere insite. My friend was feeling ill dizzy he asked for his blood pressure to be checked. 20 minutes later a carer come in checked his Blood pressure. With the reading very low. She advised him to drink plenty of water..and said she'd be back in 4 hours to check it again. She finished shift and went Home. No one showed up. For another Blood pressure test
What kind of Age Care services is this?.
I wish someone from the Government would check out as to what's happening in this place....
