Waited for an hour and there was still 6 walk in people in front of me. You can’t do appointments and walk in people. Walked out and went around the corner, was in and out in 6 minutes.

Had a chest x-ray on Wednesday. On Friday I received a report stating that my Covid PCR test from Thursday was negative. Not good enough. I am improving, so obviously it's not that important now but ....! Of course when I tried to call back, the place was closed.

Closed Mondays which is frustrating. Not enough staff. It says it closes at 12:30 but I went at 12:10pm and the numbers were gone and I was unable to take a number. I have a baby in a Pram. Had to leave without the blood test. If it advertises being closed at 12:30, the public should be able to take a number until 12:30pm.

I came at 8am. One person servicing this whole centre. Waited nearly 2hrs. Next time I came I had to leave after one and a half hours or I'd be late for work. Here today and have already been waiti g over an hour for a blood test. Have never experienced this ridiculous wait at any other pathology. Dorevitch needs to do better by people in regional towns!!!! Put another phlebotomist on.

People out to the street waiting, only 1 clinician working (not her fault), apparently not open yesterday (Mondays) Need dedicated facilities so that people aren’t waiting outside in the weather. 😝

9/11/18 rang several times this morning no answer so went in around 8:30..waited for someone around 8min...the older blonde headed lady came out looked at me with distain and rudely said WHAT....seriously ..is that how you greet clients while there's a waiting room full of people..will be making a formal complaint...
