Such a poor experience with Carolyn Fong. Still waiting 13 days post cray & ultrasound for her to phone me with the results as she stated she would in the initial consultation. She may have achieved honours in her degree, however she attracts no honours for her indifference. No doubt she will shoot the practice manager as the easy scapegoat. A professional cannot delegate responsibility for a patient needs. Booked a follow up with Dr Finch who was exemplary.

Couldn’t advise avoiding this practice any stronger. I booked an appointment to get a script for a toe infection I have had for 2 months and was refused by one of the doctors, who told me to “buy some cough lollies.” I was then requested to pay over $100 for what would be the price for a chat to a doctor who would refuse me a low dose of penicillin. Save yourself the trouble and money and go to a doctor who will satisfy your desire for good health.

I've had three bad experiences at this practice and I find generally speaking it's either really hard to get an appointment or they're running really late.
In one instance the doctor prescribed my 1-year-old the wrong medication and so after waiting at the pharmacy and bringing the medication in for his immunisations, I was told that they were wrong and I had to return them back to the pharmacy and get the correct medication.

On another occasion I was told that the booking was wrong so I had to go home. So as instructed I came back in the afternoon (at the end of the time bracket that they advised me) and again was told it was too late and the doctor wasn't available. I gave my son Panadol while in the waiting room as suggested.

Wouldn't recommend, and we will find another practice for next time.

Doctors refuse to refill my script for depression and anxiety. I requested an e-script because it's a medication I was placed on years ago by them, and can not afford to pay the $90 to go in and be given a refill. They have rejected my request because I haven't been in since December last year. In addition to this, they have not responded go other requests to follow up a hernia surgery. I will no longer visit this practice or recommend them. To many issues, lack of caring and attitude
