Treat your body in the best way by booking in to see Gabrielle. She Respects the whole of body in a very gentle soothing manner.

In a session it feels as if time slow downs to a soft gentle heart beat and there is no rush. Gabrielle is so very very considerate throughout the treatment to be certain I remain in a comfortable state. She pays attention to the small details that make a difference to feeling comfy.

On our first appointment I loved how Gab gently took her time to get to know my bodys textures, feeling where there was tension, where there has been pain, where there are scars - her gentle hands introducing themselves to my skin.

I leave feeling lighter, more flexible, more coordinated after her wonderful hands have massaged away my knots and tension. Highly recommended.

Riley is a wonderful Bowen therapy practitioner. He is very informative, professional and makes you feel very comfortable. I went to see Riley because I have a bad lower back and could hardly walk due to spasm and after just one treatment with him, I was able to walk without spasming and it just progressively improved from there to my utter surprise. Two days later and I have almost all movement and range of motion back and 75% relieved from pain. Will be definitely returning for further sessions for maintenance. Highly recommend!

I have been seeing Riley, the Bowen therapist for systemic pain due to trauma. My body was so tights, with my specialist wanting to try me on 3 different schedule 8 pain medicines starting in early 2024. I very seldom have to take a Panadol for pain now and it’s only been three months of going once a week. My depression has all but gone. My pain is at 1-2, and I’m exercising for the first time in 5 years.
