A terrible place. My mother was in this Palative Care and wanted nothing but out. My mum was passing with Cancer and chose to come home. One night she was in so much pain she rang in tears because they didn't assist her with her pain for 5 hours. We took her home and managed her pain with the medication we were provided with. Just absalute neglect! My mum had severe pain and went through nothing but he'll with her illness and this place made it even worse. Never would I go near this place or recommend it to anyone. For someone to ring at9pm at night in tears because no one attended her for 5 hours or to be told your not the only one in pain we have other patients to attend to aswell is just Vile! We take trust in these people through such difficult times and they let you down. Do not put anyone in this place! Pure neglect behind closed doors.
