Best medical practise. I’ve been with Dr Blainey for 32 years now. Very caring, thorough and respectful human who is quick to fix any health issues. He always takes the time to explain everything and answer all your questions. Look no further if you want the perfect doctor. The reception staff are also awesome too. 10 stars to this medical practice.

Have been seeing Dr Blainey for many years now and could not be happier with his services. He is very knowledgable, knows what he is talking about and has a great personality/ sense of humour. He always has time to call in emergency. Very happy and highly recommend him.

Great dr and treatment. Though disappointed in the recent cooperate focus. Was called to be told I I was being charged for a no show (fair enough). But the caller did not have the decency to ask about how my son was. They were only interested in the $. Felt like a business transaction and not a health care experience. Such a shame as this place has been our family go to for 25 years.

He really listens and makes you really feel calm as i get very nevous.The reception staff are always respectful and efficient when phoning for appointments or just asking information nothing is to much trouble. Anytime you have trouble seeing a Doctor there is a reason other than being understaffed.Coogee Medical Centre is by far the best Medical Centre in the Eastern Suburbs.The Staff is always polite and helpful and go beyond what we expect of them.The Doctors are fantastic both in the surgery and away on outpatient visits.
I highly recommend this surgery but you’ll need to be patient to see someone.

I moved to Coogee just over three years ago and needed a new General Practitioner GP.
The Coogee Medical Centre has got a few different doctors working on different days which means they can always fit me in on the same day I call for an appointment or the very next day. They are all very nice and knowledgable and the wait time is never very long. The reception staff are also very friendly. The building is a very cool old heritage cottage that has been converted into the medical centre. There is a unisex toilet for patients to use. The entrance is wheelchair accessible and the waiting room is very big with lots of room to move around. They provide water and lots of pamphlets for your information. There is a very cool fish tank in the back along with some toys and things to keep small children occupied while they wait.

Comfortable waiting room, and I see an excellent doctor there that takes the time to get things right. Sometimes, they run a little late, but I would absolutely prefer that than being rushed.
