Not sure how reception still have a job, if I was that terrible at my job I wouldn’t have lasted twenty minutes. Paid for the visit via phone, ready to tap again for the instant refund to be told that Medicare would give it to me in 10 business days, when asked why, was told “You paid by phone so we can’t do the refund,” i explained that I have every other time because I know what I’m doing. Her solution was to pri t my a receipt and tell me to lodge it Medicare….

It is not right to give lower stars to such good doctors just because of the careless reception. It is understandable that the reception might be busy, but they are dealing with health, need to be more responsible. Very quick to call for the payment, but I had to follow for the script. If I didn't follow up, we might have not been able to get the medication today.
I have been visiting Maiden Gully Medical for sometime now, because my GP moved to this Medical practice. They used to have a wonderful reception, seems like not any more.
I am saying again, the doctors are exceptionally good and caring in this clinic. But don't have much hope with the reception.

Very dissatisfied after a few visits at this Clinic.
Can't remember who my Doctor was, but I felt they were ignoring most of what I was talking to them about and just ended appointments prescribing Antibiotics.
I also found the receptionists to be rude - not flat rude in terms of words, but more so would just rush everything: with tone, body language, and facial expressions making it seem like that any questions you had to ask made you sound like an imbecile.

I eventually just got too uncomfortable with this clinic to want to come back and moved on to another.

Wonderful, friendly reception staff. Dr Shazia provided a safe, welcoming space for me and took the time to listen to my concerns. So rare to find such a friendly medical practice. Thank you

Dr Shaibal Barua is by far the best doctor I have ever had. EVER! He is extremely thorough, he actually cares and provides nothing less than exceptional care, service and advice. I wish I could rate him 100 stars personally not just a 5 star review to the practice!

Decided to try a local Dr and was disgusted,
Not long after entering I overheard a receptionist on the phone talking rudely to a client and then after the call both receptionists had a long conversation bad mouthing the client. Also the Asian Dr I had consulting me, appeared to know little English and was difficult for me to explain how my work injury happened. Will not be returning

Doctor Shaibal has been the most compassionate confidant and practitioner I've been blessed to have. My devastating struggle with invasive BCC, resulting in many plastic surgeries, has been traumatic and lonely. I'm no longer the person I once was but Doctor Shaibal has been pivotal and instrumental in my recovery and my mental health solvency.

$75 for 2.5 minutes of your doctors time as a NEW patient!... really.. thanks for the referral but I won't be back!! I don't want a doctor who can't even make an effort with a new patient!.. receptionist didnt even seem to know what she was doing either..
