My wife and I attended. Nurse Eliza and Doctor Una were friendly and thorough. Reception staff were welcoming and professional. There is an excellent collegiate atmosphere in this facility. We left feeling that we had been very well cared for. Highly recommended service.

Got my marina from the women’s clinic , went back 6 weeks later to check it was in the right place. Doctor said it was fine.

After a few more days of experiencing severe pain and after getting an infection. I got an ultrasound and a second opinion.
The marina was not in the right place and my doctor had failed to do a a proper checkup.

Do not reccomend this place ! If they can mess up something as simple as a marina , what else will they mess up

I have been a patient at BCH for many years.
I recently got referred to see the new Pelvic Pain clinic by one of the lovely nurses at BCH. I have been struggling for many years to get answer with the possibilities for endo or PCOS. When I was referred I had hope. I saw Dr Karishma Kaur. I am so disappointed that upon my first visit I was forced to go on the pill. No other option was given. The second time I went for a follow up appointment I was discharged and told there was nothing further that she could do as she had done everything. So I now have no answers a d no diagnosis but she proceeded to tell me to take a medication that will help someone with endo. When I have not been diagnosed very appalled and I won’t be going back to see her ever again.

I was seeing Dr Christine Armstrong here for years. She was absolutely wonderful and the receptionists at the time were also great.
Then Christine left and I don’t know what happened but I was treated quite rudely by a new receptionist and the doctor I seen was highly unprofessional and not interested in what I was there for.
I felt so embarrassed and have not been back.

Very welcoming. The doctor, the nurse and the receptionist all are amazing. They gave me enough time and didn't leave me nowhere. They told me what to do clearly. I am so happy today.
