If I could offer zero stars I would. As someone who has recently moved to Bendigo Six months ago and have been seeking home assistance and having trouble. Finally found Simply Helping Loddon before another major Surgery. After much negotiation between Simply helping and workcover who had to pay above the rate in order to secure the services there was drama.

Even once I was out of hospital and home it took 3 phone calls and a blunt, zero empathetic response from staff to book something in.

The day of the service, I was called 30min after start time with cancellations, after advising I only just left hospital and was unable to do much they arranged 2.5hrs of a 5hr shift with nothing really done properly and staff complaining.

Today was the second service, Never told what day they were coming or time so had to assume it was today. at 9am I was called yet again to advice my service was cancelled for today due to covid and personal issues - I can appreciate things happen but I can without a doubt tell you if I was elderly, a women or severely disabled this would have not happened.

Providing such a crucial service to the Bendigo and greater community that has limited services already, you would hope that a stronger focus on care and empathy would of been delivered.
