Have used this company before for my mobility aids and had good service, we went to hire a wheelchair this year (2024) which we pre booked in 2023 and there was lots wrong with the wheelchair, like the brakes didn't hold and the foot rest is cracked and the side plate is cracked.
We have since returned it and they wouldn't even give us a partial refund for the weeks payment that we had already paid and were returning it before the end of the second week.
They have the monopoly on mobility aids in the Bendigo region and think they can charge exorbitant hire prices on there wheelchairs.
The staff are not sympathetic to different peoples situations and could not give a stuff about customer service or satisfaction.
Don't waste your money with this company.
Customer service is not a priority for them at all.

Great service and even greater after care service. I purchased a mobility aid for my mother. It was damaged by baggage handlers when flying recently to Queensland. They were so helpful and fixed it for us right away at no charge at all. Happy days.

It is such a shame you charge $100 to pick up your hired equipment from people's homes $100 to drop it off.
And you are incontinent underwear the wrong size I think
