Their reception are rude and I found the staff to be unprofessional and lacking in the necessary empathy and communication skills expected in a healthcare setting.

Won't be going back and wouldn't be recommending. Overheard the receptionists talking/gossiping about me when I was last there with a mask exemption whispering about whether they could legally kick me out and then making me feel bad when checking in and out. Doctors I saw were nice but wouldn't go back purely on how reception made me feel during a difficult checkup.

The absolute worst GP experience I've ever had, I waited almost an hour, to be told within 5minutes that she could not give me a mental health plan, the only reason being that there 'wasn't enough time' when I was on time for the appointment, had to wait an hour, there was NO ONE else in the waiting room when I was finally seen, and it was only 1pm, not the end of the working day, so there was plenty of time. She was lazy, and also incredibly condescending, unprofessional, unpleasant, and spoke to me as if I was a child. She was so rude and so dismissive, did not provide me with any alternatives, even though I have had a mental health plan before at another medical centre which is now closed, which I told her, and I was replied with, 'Go back to them then.' I have never been treated so terribly, do not go to this medical centre under any circumstances, there are plenty of other medical centres in bendigo that will treat you like a human being.

Quite possibly the rudest office manager in existence. Zero compassion or care about assisting to solve a problem. She was defensive and aggressive and should not work in an industry that deals with people - especially those who are trying to see a doctor due to physical or mental distress.

Called to transfer my own medical records to my new GP as I have moved away from Bendigo and they said they will charge me $20 to transfer my medical records to my new GP. No other medical centre I have been to, charges to transfer medical records.
Its my own personal medical details and they think they own them. Disgusted with this place. Think they can make money out of something that isn't theirs.

I wasn’t told when the initial Dr I saw left - the other Dr I changed to wasn’t a good fit for me. Then they charged me $30 to transfer my medical records to another clinic which is a rip off.

Visited a couple of months ago, was told that it would cost me $70 and I could claim Medicare back. Applied for Medicare and was told that the doctor I visited wasn't registered at the time! Completely unimpressed and would give no stars if possible !!

Warm and friendly service. Amazing doctors and so easy to book. I highly recommend this centre and the level of care given to me by its receptionist and the awesome nurses!
