This place is amazing!
The infrared sauna and hot / cold pools are the best in the eastern suburbs. I also used the compression boots and relaxed after my plunge sessions which made all my triathlon training pains go away. This allowed me to train harder and more regularly, what an amazing experience.
Can’t recommend higher and the staff are super friendly and helpful and knowledgeable!
Can’t wait to go back!

Every appointment has been met with love and sincerity and complete understanding, which I absolutely love! Great place, everything you need and heaps of time to choose from, highly recommend this place and definitely coming back!!!

Unorganized. Shared sauna facilities and tight layout. Worst experience is the fact they installed the contrast pools back the front which means you can’t use the in built stairs to access the pools ? the work around has been to install a plastic pool ladder for access/egress. Do not recommend for elderly or injured.

AMAZING!!!! I LOVED IT. The cold and hot pools were a great experience. I will go back and review the other services. As I am on the introductory offer pass which is great value for money.

Its coming up to one year of membership at Recoverie and i could not be more content.

I’ve been in Coogee for a months holiday and discovered this place. If you’d have told me at the end of last year that I would be relishing cold water dips, I wouldn’t have believed you. Tried the compression boots and the hot / cold therapy. Have enjoyed and benefited from both but the hot/ cold therapy was my favourite.
What makes the place special though are the fabulous team. All have been great but especially Alex and Mel who have both made my visits so enjoyable.
Would recommend anyone to give this place a try. I know that I will go again on my next visits
