Insists on having my credit card details in their system. I highlighted my distrust with keeping such un-necessary information. I said I will cheerfully pay in full upon arrival but no, they want this info and will not see me until they have it. All I think is if optus, medibank and countless others cant keep customer details secure then I do my best to protect my digital footprint. Sadly for me I am seeking help for my SASH ideation and all this company has done is added to the mental pain and angiush and pushing me closer to the edge.
