Equine therapy can help with symptoms of depression, anxiety, and PTSD, and can improve emotional well-being and self-confidence. Being around horses can be therapeutic, and petting or walking a horse can have a significant effect on a person's mood. You will find a horse can show affection by nibbling on your head or shoulders, laying their head on you, or nudging you. They may also follow you without a halter or lead rope, and greet you when you enter the yard. Complimented by Rebekah, who is very wonderful, caring and an intelligent young lady, you have come to the right place for help!
