Took an afternoon off work to attend appointment booked by my wife for her elderly father. They had not recorded the appointment they booked with my wife over the phone and no-one was available to see him.

Appalling customer service and definitely would not recommend

The professional charges us full price when my 1 year old didnt perform to the test, so he didnt give us a result or any conclusion about his hearing but still charges $120. How is that our fault? He should have offered another session for free.

I would like to say a massive , massive thank you to the audiologist Julie at Attune hearing at Frankston. I am a 45 year old male singing teacher and music producer . I have mild to moderate hearing loss in the high frequencies and tinnitus, which has really been effecting my career and quality of life. I have been on a journey for the last few years to try and find the right audiologist who really listened and care about my needs to find the correct hearing aids for me and my job/career. I have met so many not so compassionate audiologists on my search. Julie however has been nothing short of amazing!!. I am so glad I kept searching. Julie has helped me find the perfect hearing aids for me and fine tuned them perfect for my needs as a musician. Nothing has ever been too much trouble for Julie. If you are looking for a great audiologist who has fantastic knowledge , great customer service and is generally a lovely person then please go to Julie at Attune. highly recommended.
