The doctors are thorough, attentive, and took the time to really listen to my concerns. They explained everything clearly, ensuring I fully understood my diagnosis and treatment options. I felt like they genuinely cared about my health and well-being.

Dental experience an absolute 100/100 .
Ive been to aloooottt of dentists over the years and I'd say this has been my best experience thus far.
Dr Nader is extremely knowledgeable, very professional, honest and an incredible dentist. He will tell you things no other dentist has ever even bothered to speak to me about.
He sets plans, let's me know costs, options, priorities. Ive never been to such an honest dentist. My daughters also had the most incredible experience and genuinely loved her experience and asks when her next appointment will be.
Janelle- the dental nurse - is my absolute favourite human! She has such a kind, soft, nurturing nature and made both myself and my daughter so comfortable and explained absolutely every step of the way what was happening. The first visit I had Janelle made me feel like we'd been friends for years and I love that! My daughter is horrified of needles yet whilst I wasn't in the room Janelle made her feel so comfortable she didn't even care she had a needle she was just so proud of herself!
Absolutely exceptional experience, highly recommend!!

Receptionists provide scripted replies, no sense of customer service. I’ve watched one of the receptionist handle another patient who’s been waiting for 6 hours at the practice in a nonchalant manner and just consistently providing the same response to each of her question. It was a painful sight to watch. I waited a good 5 hours as there was only 1 doctor on who was seeing 40 over patients. I feel sorry for the doctor. Surely a better schedule should have been organised for more than 1 doctor on the weekend. A better booking system should also be put in place and a better sense of customer service in order to keep this practice running.

We attended the service on a weekend and for the first time ever. The receptionist Mia was extremely helpful and friendly. The Dr was also very nice and caring. The experience was great. It is nice to have such a great service in our local area.

I walked in, completed the online form and within 5 minutes I was seen to. I was amazed at how efficient and friendly everyone was. The doctor who gave me stitches was gentle and caring. I would absolutely return and can not thank you the centre enough for assisting me so well.

I feel compelled to write this because of the relief I finally feel. I have had panic attacks and health anxiety for the past 2 years. Since seeing Dr Vijay my mental health and physical health has improved. Not only is Dr Vijay very thorough but she is direct & makes me feel like she became a Doctor for all the right reasons. Very quickly I made her my regular GP, I recommend specifically her to anyone looking for a GP that cares and listens to your concerns ? thank you Doctor

Great new facility, plenty of parking n wheel chair accessible through lift from LG (lower ground level) to G (ground level on lift) From the carpark up to ground level on your right is the reception area. As this is a new facility it is also tech ready so u have to download an app n fill in your details n your reason for visit, that way they can connect u to Medicare for Bulk Billing saves time on paperwork eco friendly. Please be patient on your behalf and not abuse staff as this is company policy to login through app...
But If u do not have a smart phone u may need to request to do a paper form.
Since u pass that stage u r directed to the area u need treatment or checkup n assigned to that particular area n doctors for treatment.
Lots of seats available so no need to stand around while waiting. As all medical centers sometimes it can be busy so be patient n the staff will do their best to help u.
