We worked with Cathryn on a series of values alignment and life coaching sessions. The sessions provided us with a practical, solid and achievable plan to reach the goals we had defined (in a third of the time that we thought it would take to get there). The sessions helped us define our values, intentions and goals from the bottom up and the approach and advice was very much bespoke, not ‘one size fits all’. We now have a plan which we’re putting into action and have already begun taking the first steps towards our end goals. Would highly recommend to anyone for personal or business coaching.

Cathryn is a very competent therapist/coach. She helped me to look at and resolve a deep issue during a difficult time. I really appreciate her for her all-encompassing way of addressing and looking at things. You can see that she also has a non-therapeutic professional background and that was very good for me.

I was particularly impressed by her knowledge of trauma, which was urgently needed in my case and played an important part in the solution.

We discussed various treatment options and decided on an IFS-informed approach, which was exactly right for my situation. I felt safe and secure at all times while working with her.
