Rude reception couldn't answer a simple question if they are taking referrals and said look on the website. Her job all day is to answer the phone and say look on the website and that's about it. Pathetic. Too bad reception make a whole clinic look bad and will take my referral elsewhere

I've been suicidal for a year first went to head space diagnosed me with ocd constantly thinking about suicide but it they didn't suggest a phyc ward it took a propper docter to get me to a pshyc ward(oasis mosah childrens hospital im 13)and im getting better

Main pro is the youth programs such as peninsula pride, mental health staff are alright for basic mental health care but might wanna go somewhere like ELMHS / CYHMS for more intensive care, GPs are friendly and knowledgeable but often booked out if you want to see a specific GP.

Attempted to book in with a psych, after my councellor requested an urgent review of medications, the lady at the front told me "you can't expect us to service the entire of melbourne..." she rejected my refferal which is ILLEGAL and out of fear of how awful that exchange was, months later i am unable to even attempt booking anywhere to have my meds reviewed because of how traumatic that experience was, being guilted and rejected despite needing immediate care, so im not still on meds that don't work because of this awful disgsuting hags behaviour. Disgusting

A good place to start your mental health recovery journey, staff are largely inexperienced but will help connect you with services that will improve your situation.

Well after finally getting an appointment after about 4 months I finally got an appointment with Susie (she has unfortunately left 😭) she understood me and my "case" and I felt better. Susie if you read this I miss you 😭

They CAN help with life stuff, but if you're lgbt+, you're gonna have a tough time with them, and according to a certain Jake, they cannot be trusted with information. I'd still use a headspace based in a different, less slumlike, town.

The gamble on whether they will help or screw your life over is not worth it. Look for a headspace in a different location.

Love these guys supported me thru some very tough times not to mention i still pop in and out and the great front desk still remembers who you are. A very caring friendly place
