Went in for a check up as a representative from their said the dental appointment would be free, spoke to them on the phone and said I wouldn't be charged for the appointment. Then when I got there for my appointment, I was told to pay 31.50 for my appointment. When I said I was not made aware of any fees, the receptionist was fairly rude to me and said "It's because you're no longer homeless because you live at this address" and "You can still have your appointment, you just have to pay it today". I'll be honest folks, I'm not in the best financial situation so no I couldn't just pay the fees there and then. I wasn't even given any info about fees on the day.

Was referred by Mornington centre for ongoing wound dressing changes. I have heart failure and am bed ridden most days but still was dropped from them because I missed appointments that I had no say when occured until the day in non hygenic rooms. I was offered home care but that all changed also and was told by the head nurse that I was never offered this service...I was never properly listed a patient and they should have taken this on describing my program as hort term when I've had these leg ulcers 12 months.
The way I was delivered the news I was being exited from the program was unnacepteble and clearly from someone who doesn't realise their job comes from tax payers money. Avoid this place

Frankston Dental Hospital is amazing, you treat the staff with respect and you will receive respect back.
They are there to help and that's what they have done for my son & I.
I praise the dental staff at Frankston who have helped us this year it's been a pleasure, I look forward to seeing you all next year.
Everyone has a different experience, this is 'my' experience and I'm grateful to have met such a wonderful group of people willing to spend countless hours, patience and knowledge with me.
Good on you Lydia, Libby, Dr Vudiniabola, Claire and Laura James, be Proud of Yourselves. Well Deserved!

Only reason I’m giving this place a two is because of the dentists and the dentists only. Receptionists are rude and sulky. Don’t think I’ve ever seen one smile. If you hate your job, leave!

Went 4 a eye test today. The young lady at the main door signing peeps in, was really nice. She showed me how 2 log in on my phone, was easy as...
At the Optometry Reception, the staff r always so nice and great at explaining how i go about getting new glasses.

Dental appointment. Very busy workplace. Receptionist was very patient, friendly and polite. A huge thank you for Dentist Simon who was very professional. Explained each step of treating the fractured filling I had. Was very gentle with the numbing procedure and patient with my needs. Efficient and proficient with after care points for me to be aware of. Never took anything for granted. Jordan his hygienest assistant was in sync with her processes, a very helpful efficient proffessional support person.
I am very grateful for this community service.

I am a very nervous patient when it comes to teeth, however i felt at ease. I saw MANI J , LAURA & with them two Nurses .they are amazing at what they do！The receptionist was so kind and caring and the dental assistant was so lovely too! 💕😊 .

I had a great experience today at the dentist. I had my first tooth pulled put by Peter who did such an amazing job and made me feel at ease as he knew I was quite nervous. Will definitely come back!
