Nurse was very pleasant, efficient and medically highly knowledgeable. If you are a little apprehensive about tests and injections the nurse will make you feel relaxed and well informed.

The lady working is so rude! The room smelt awful, we had to stand outside. We were there for the GTT, there is a sign on the door stating to let them know if you are there for that test to avoid extensive wait times. Got there right on 8.30am and was number 8- was told to wait (with a whole lot of attitude). Ended up going to Tyabb which was so much better. Definitely avoid.

Terrible service. My daughter had a blood test here and fainted it the waiting room. When she came to, the pathologist growled at her and said she should have told her she might faint. We were the only customers and she gave no emotional support. I gad to ask her for a glass of water.

More people needed collecting blood especially in the morning. There’s already 7 people waiting to go in at 830 when they open for fasted testing. The wait is a joke especially when you have to go to work afterwards
