Amazing staff at admin always so helpful and accommodating.. I made a mistake and booked an appointment a week in advance not realising and on the day the admin made every effort to help my daughter and get her in and seen too and I’m beyond grateful for the help and support xx we are regular clients and wouldn’t go anywhere else. All the doctors are thorough, caring, informative, knowledgeable and professional.

Our experience at Advantage Medical has always been first class. We have used this service since we moved to this area 15 years ago. Office staff are very friendly and always do their very best to fit us in on our day and time of choice wherever possible. I moved to Advantage Medical Centre 12 months ago, so happy I did. The greeting is always friendly, welcoming & the waiting area clean. Dr Samanthi is great and very thorough and patient. I never feel rushed or unheard. Highly recommend Dr Samanthi.

Heaps of doctors, never waited longer than five minutes.
Reception staff are friendly, polite and professional.
Can't fault anything.
Maybe a gin and tonic and reclining chair wouldn't go astray but.....ha ha ha.

Advantage Hastings clinic staff both medical and reception are excellent. Alway receive professional, caring and thorough treatment from the GPs on staff when I have attended. Reception staff are exceptional in their friendly and assistive manner which is a very refreshing change from other clinics I have attended in the past. Cannot more highly recommend Advantage Medical Hastings especially in a time where more and more health services are being bought out by large private corporations that put profits before patient care.

I have been attending Advantage Medical in Hastings for 3 years now,since moving here from Nunawading. I have developed a very trusting relationship with my doctor and the always courteous reception. I cannot fault the service that I have received and my health status is a true indicator of this.

If it is expected that a patient should have a RAT test prior to an appointment, then that requirement should be advised on the website, or contained in the booking confirmation. I don't expect to be given a hard time by the receptionist when I have followed the requirements as they have been advised.
