I did my medical for AV with these guys earlier this year. I was nervous but the staff there made me feel so relaxed. One lady, Catrina, was so helpful. I get white coat syndrome, and it was reading too high. She got me do some deep breathing and then chatted to me and that brought my blood pressure down to normal. She also explained the spiro really well. The guy I did the physical with was pretty funny and made me laugh. I've heard others say they had a bad experience here, but not for me, thanks to Catrina and the other staff.

A lovely, warm and welcoming team.

Reception was extremely well-organised, and the doctor on-site made me feel completely at ease. A special thanks to Teddy, who helped make the whole experience feel far less intimidating.

The only suggestions I have is to consider adding speakers in the fitness room—having music playing in the background would make the experience.

Spoke to a gentlemen named Michael who was very unpleasant and unhelpful. Was after clarification on what information was further required and was told to "send an email," which I had already done but was yet to receive a response. I figured it would be easier to have a quick conversation over the phone to clarify what I was missing, but that was not the case and just a waste of my time. The practitioner that I would booked in with for my assessment was extremely unprofessional, made jokes about mental health and made me feel very uncomfortable with multiple inappropriate comments. He was on the phone to another patient whilst I was present in the room which breaches patient confidentiality- I could hear the conversation.
Overall, an extremely disappointing experience with Injurynet and even more disappointing considering my assessment cost almost $200 for a 5 minute appointment where the practitioner was texting on Teams whilst I performed my physical.

Firstly I would like to say thank you to staff that I had a good chat to and laugh with.
Saying that I believe people that are NOT DOCTORS should keep there mouth closed for example when I was doing my lung test the lady with the long black hair said your test tells me you have erythema as that’s what cancer patients results look like. Right there that comment made my stress levels rise to the peak of omg I have cancer. She should be removed from her job immediately she has no right to say such comments, the doctor on the other hand was extremely good and said nothing to worry about it’s because you are a smoker.
Another thing is I rang to find out about the results and had a gentle man say to me just because the doctor signed you off does not mean you have the job as the assessment team will review your application and decide if you are fit enough for the company. AGAIN SOMEONE that has NO IDEA and should keep there mouth closed, as another lady rang me back and said the man that spoke to you earlier is wrong he should not of said that as it’s completely wrong. I will follow that up for you now.
I can’t stress enough that people doing these tests should NOT BE DIAGNOSING people when they are not qualified to do so.

Would place a 0 if possible. Spoke to staff member simply requesting the criteria for a booked in physical. Not only could/would not provide, but refused to leave a message for anyone else who could assist us.
He was rude and came off as if he could not be bothered.

I was shocked with the customer service on the phone. He was going around in a circle to avoid doing his job. Super unprofessional and lazy. Why would injurynet paid someone like him to help others in need?

The Glen iris branch was lovely. Staff very friendly. Unfortunately after requesting on multiple occasions for paperwork prior to my arrival the main office had not sent anything through.
