Extremely horrified by the experience I just had at the clinic, I took my 1 year old son to get blood work done, they took his blood from his arm and asked me to hold him down, he is quiet strong so I was trying to hold him down as much as possible but I was then yelled at by the women taking the blood saying that "you need to calm down and hold him properly or this will end badly for him" I was then told I need to "not get worked up" when all I was trying to do was be as still as possible with him I was not even saying anything to her, I was then told my son has "bad veins" The manor at which this women yelled at me was horrible, I was not rude or spoke to her in any way for her to yell at me that way, I was cooperating and trying my hardest to keep him still to make it easier for her but because he is so young his natural reaction is to scream and try and move away. This whole experience has left me and my son traumatised.

Absolutly great gentle , honestly did not feel the needle at all not even a twitch , quick easy and all over and done within 10 minutes 😀 also be aware they do take other pathology slips of collection , would have went long ago instead of the trips and car parking for monash. Very Happy 😊 Thank you staff 🤗

Time wasters. Don’t bring your baby here unless it’s a Monday but they will make you wait 30-45 mins before telling you.

There was no waiting. The young lady that came out was so nice and made me feel welcome. Very professional and down to earth at the same time. It's the only place I go for blood tests.

I find Dorevitch at Hampton Park to be convenient to get to. Parking is easy. The wait is never usually too long.

Non existent customer service and ridiculous waiting times. Arrival at 7:10am for a blood test and still waiting at 8:10am. Very inefficient centre and judging from the copy paste replies to bad reviews, they obviously don't care. Better off driving elsewhere.

On Saturday I went gor a blood test, and found that the service was good because I didn't have t o wait too long, the staff were patient and polite and I would recommend dorovitch to anyone who is needing to go for a blood test.
