Dr. Tan is one of the best doctors I've ever seen. He's thorough, kind, and always takes the time to listen and explain things in a way that's easy to understand. His calm and caring approach makes every appointment stress-free. I feel lucky to have him as my doctor.

if I could give this medical centre a 0!!! I would. They have cancelled the appointment as Dr Nayani is away and then says to call the centre to reschedule appointment. When you call the number it says there lines are busy and if urgent call 000 and then says you call cannot be answered and line gets cut. So how are patients to call the medical centre to reschedule then. Seriously the worst Medical Centre ever.

Worse place ever. Waited 40min on hold and they didn't bother picking up the phone. Ended up walking in still on hold and they said no I didnt call until I showed them my phone. My 4 year old daughter had inflamed tonsils amd had difficulty breathing and they didn't want to see her because it was to late. (9:35pm) There was no patients in the waiting room. Just lazy doctors. Only good doctor there is Dr. Gergus.

We received wonderful treatment for our daughter, who had a cut on her foot that potentially needed stitches. We walked in and saw the Doctor straight away, her cut only needed to be cleaned, surgical glue and bandages.
This was all done by the time I finished the paperwork (which is very thorough and could be vital in an emergency). We were saved after finding out the Urgent Care Centre was operating under Holiday Hours but said they were open... and we contemplated spending hours at Monash ED, but thankfully we came to Lynbrook Village Medical Centre and had a positive experience despite our child being hurt.

The two staff at reception were friendly and very caring, a real joy to talk to.

I appreciate that the intake paperwork is detailed. I am a young Mum who had a stroke and if I attended with my child as the patient, heaven forbid something happen to me in a medical centre and they have no information on my history. More information in a medical centre could be lifesaving and shows they take their duty of care very seriously.
All in all we are very grateful for their help.

Worst service always.
As you can book Telehealth online and when you have only 5 mins remain to your appointment, they will send you a text you have to call in the clinic and they says, we can’t give you this service as you have to visit clinic . I don’t understand why can’t they text earlier so the sick person can book somewhere else rather than waiting for their last appointment in the evening.
Seriously, disgusting. Please improve your service and at least with in half an hour notify the patient and the receptionist was very rude as she said thats how it works.

A huge Thank You to Dr Nayani who is our family GP! She is an AMAZING, Kind, understanding, empathetic doctor. She is always there to lend a helping hand with care & understanding.
We have been patients at the Lynbrook Village Medical Centre for over 10 years & it has always been a pleasure to walk in to the clinic. The reception staff is always helpful & courteous with a smile on their faces.
Thank You to all the doctors, nurses & staff at Lynbrook Village Medical Centre for making the clinic a pleasant experience for all.

This morning this morning 9/11/24 I was there to have a blood..my token number was 6...there were a big rush and with only 1 person to attend who was really great and under the pump.
It would be good to have additional staff on weekends to manage the patients who are mostly fasting for the blood tests and are waiting for hours together.
Hope to see a change soon.

Absolutely, Brilliant and Wonderful reception staff. Nothing is too much of a problem for these Ladies to Resolve.
My doctor is Dr H. P. Tan. So knowledgeable and a Kind Gentlemen in every aspect of the Word.
