Dr Tsoi has been looking after our family for many years, after our previous GP Dr Joe Lim retired. We have followed Dr Tsoi to all the clinics he has moved to.

He has taught many Medical Students over the years. He is always a gentleman helping me onto the medical cot and helping me get off it. His wealth of experience is truly amazing.

I will miss him when he retires as he has helped me so much over the years with my anxiety because of life's challenges which are unique to those who have experienced war and have had family members killed.

So Dr Tsoi, head up and continue on your medical journey. Please don't retire!

I thank the doctors that have looked after our family during Dr Tsoi's time off, especially Dr Jay.

Thanks also to Andrea and her team for being kind and understanding. Also to all the staff in allied health, thank you.

Five stars to the very lovely Dr Swathi Choyi who has been looking after us on days when Dr Tsoi is not in.

Thanks to Kathy who is a legend! Kathy thanks for helping me the other day when I was very anxious over the phone. Your lovely words of support will remain with me forever. There should be more Kathy's in this world!🥲

Overall good experience. Been here 3-4 times and everytime I wait 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment to be seen. Dr Stephanie is great, she is diligent in her assessment and treatment. Comfortable space. Pathology collector is also great at what he does, was a smooth process. Thankfully received rebate for my visits.

I have had a positive experience with this clinic overall, and many of the doctors here have shown excellent care and consideration. However, I strongly advise against seeing Dr. Peter Tsoi. His lack of attentiveness and dismissive attitude approach dangerously close to medical malpractice. He is rude and unwilling to conduct necessary tests or thoroughly investigate health concerns. If you want to be taken seriously, see a different doctor.

Terrible time management every single time! Appointment at 9:10 for sick 3year old. Not seen until 10:05am. A simple call to the patient to let them know Dr is running late is just common courtesy. Or to even let you know once you arrive for your appointment. I was in there for 15 minutes and then asked if Dr could print a regular referral for me (which I didn't mind paying for - would've taken her all of 2 minutes) and she said she couldn't because she was 'running late.' I will definitely NEVER go to Sia Medical again.

I unfortunately share a very similar experience to the most recent review left just a week ago.
I had an appointment with Dr Peter Tsoi recently, and his lack of care was honestly defeating.
The reason I attended was because I have a nasty chesty cough present for over a week and that morning I was concerned as I was suddenly having breathing problems in coughing fits. I also told him that I had no congestion, and no affect on my sinuses this whole time. He barely asked questions. He listened to my chest, and straight away told me to just get cold medicine.
He recommended I get a Demazin Blue Syrup, and take Zyrtec.
I felt this wasn't right as the symptoms I'm experiencing don't make sense for a cold, so I tried to explain more of my symptoms, and I just felt like I was being dismissed, because he had made up his mind I simply had a cold, and that I must be coughing because of post nasal drip (which never existed as a symptom).
When I went to the chemist to buy what he recommended (I figured hey, he's the doctor, I'll humour him and try it, at this point I had already missed just over a week of work because of this sickness and I was desperate) I couldn't find Demazin Blue Syrup for adults, so I asked the pharmacist where to find it, only for them to be completely confused why I would be buying that for myself as it is a medicine designed for kids.
So I explained to her exactly what I told Dr Tsoi, and her confusion only seemed to grow, and recommended I get a second opinion as it sounds more serious than a cold. She recommended me a ventolin, which honestly has been a god send to help get some relief until I get in to see another doctor and I was actually able to get through work.
It's disappointing to read a doctors profile that boasts how he "invest in getting to know his patients" and describing his passion for "delivering quality healthcare" only to feel so unheard by that very doctor.

Edit: It's now the following Tueaday and I saw another GP as symptoms were not improving. Was told I do in fact have a chest infection and was given anti biotics right away, and was told I should have been on them since I first saw a doctor.
Amazing what happens when doctor actually hear their patients out.
