I have visited this GP clinic many times and always found the reception very attentive and empathetic. Dr Batti is great doctor who listens and explains my ailment and also the management taking extra time even if he is running late for other patients. They have helped me many time by making me urgent appointment due to severe pain and urgent needs.

I visited Dr. Balwinder Singh today and, unfortunately, had a very negative experience. Every time I’ve seen him, he has rushed through the consultation and made me feel uncomfortable for even coming in. In addition to appearing dismissive and unprofessional, I’ve found his approach to care lacking in both attentiveness and knowledge. I would not recommend this doctor, as I don’t feel he takes the time to properly understand or address his patients’ concerns.

I recently visited pro health family medical center for a persistent dry cough, and I’m incredibly grateful for the care I received from Dr. Bhatti, Dr. Gul, and Dr. Shahbaz were genuinely supportive and thorough throughout my treatment. It’s rare to come across doctors who not only excel professionally but also take the time to truly listen and help — and that’s exactly what they did.

The clinic itself is well-managed and clean, and the staff was exceptionally supportive and polite, making the entire experience smooth and reassuring. I highly recommend this Clinic to anyone looking for sincere and competent medical care.

I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist, who I believe was of Indian background. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. I clearly asked for a Telehealth appointment, but she booked it as a face to face without informing me. All I did was ask for clarification, and she was extremely rude, her attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. I felt disrespected and not listened to. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable in a health care setting. Staff should treat patients with respect communicate clearly. It happened today at about 12 pm. I would like to reply to the owner regarding their response to my review. Thank you for your response. However, I only shared my honest experience in the review. Blocking me from making future appointments because of that is very unprofessional and disappointing. I hope this issue can be resolved respectfully.

I had an iron infusion recently and was looked after by Nurse Anastasia she was amazing. Super friendly, explained everything clearly, and made me feel really comfortable the whole time.
The whole experience was smooth and felt relaxed!

This practice is very diligent in seeing patients, specially dr shahbaz is very friendly and always takes care of myself and my whole family whenever someone has been to see him. I would recommend ProHealth FMC to anyone who wants a consistent and long term medical care.

Poor management. Specifically Dr Bhatti, he will make patients wait for minimum 20-25 mins every time but if patient is running late and then he shows attitude that the patient is late and he won’t attend them… and if he attends them he don’t even listen to them and just finish appointment soon.. Their female manager is also rude to the patients.. only Dr Darr, Dr Reema and others I have found cooperative and listens to the patient problem. And provide consultation accordingly. Not recommended…
