If you want a Medical Centre that not only bulk bills but really cares about its Clients try Marriott Waters in Lyndhurst. I recently decided to change my GP and was told to give this practice a go. From first contact the receptionists were delightful and very knowledgeable about the practice. My new GP has been great and follows up with me when needed. The practice includes wound management and Heather who is the nurse responsible for this area. She is very skilled, approachable and caring. If you live in the area give it a go. Good Doctors and support services are hard to find now.

Staff at Marriott water’s medical centre are absolutely amazing, both Heather (Barbra) and Keri are fantastic.

They are very professional and have great customer service that helps guide the patient through the process of getting the best results and out come.

I have had a hard time navigating through the government services with five grandchildren aged 11-3.

But it’s people like Heather and Keri that make a difference in our community..

I and my wife have been a loyal client of this medical center since its inception due to its convenient location. However, my recent experiences with the front desk staff, specifically Kerry and another lady who appears to be her sister, have been disappointing. Their manner of speaking and responses have been consistently rude, making us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. It has reached a point where we question if we have done something to deserve such treatment.

In contrast, the vaccination nurse and pathology staff are always professional and welcoming, making us wish they were the ones at the front desk. Their approach to patient care exemplifies what the receptionist role should embody—courtesy and a friendly demeanor.

Unfortunately, our last visit to this clinic was last week, as we have decided to switch to another medical center. We hope this feedback encourages an improvement in the front desk service to ensure all patients feel valued and respected.

I have consistently encountered very rude behavior from the receptionists at this medical center. The lack of respect and courtesy from the front desk staff, particularly Kerry and another lady who looks like her sister, is unacceptable. Their treatment made me feel undervalued and disrespected. Rudeness is the last thing one needs when seeking medical help. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also deeply disappointing.

I needed to take my 2 year old in asap and they had the next available appointment. Bc of all the bad reviews I was hesitant I took the risk in going anyway as she needed to see someone asap. However I found that I had they were very good with me and my daughter. The reception lady was nice and dr kee Wong listened to everything I had to say. I didn't have to wait long either. He was gentle with checking her & she didn't get upset (which she normally does as she's abit afraid of doctors) he even waved goodbye to her and she did the same. Therefore I'd say this doctors is worth it! I guess it depends on different situations/factors with ppl. So for anyone wanting to give it a try I'd say take it you never know, I ended up having a great experience dispite the negative reviews!

Had to take my granddaughter to a doctor. I found the reception staff kind, caring and efficient. The GP we saw was lovely. He spoke to my granddaughter and assured her and explained what he was doing so she wasn’t scared.

Been coming here for years and this will be the last. Recent visit to get antibiotics l. Seen doctor kee Wong told him I was allergic to a certain type and legit prescribed one the antibiotics with that type. The whole sitting was rushed. Checked my throat with the flash light thing didn't even looks wasn't even 1 second. The lack of care is disgusting

Don't waste your time go see someone who is actually going to treat you correctly

Would highly recommend to any family or friend's of mine. Reception staff are absolutely lovely, and nurse Heather is absolutely amazing, Heather is so passionate,caring and gentle also looks after her patients. I never find anyone rude Alway's get in quick and never have I ever waited to long to be seen by a doctor there. Dr Israt (Izzy) Khair is extremely passionate, caring amazing doctor and is always on the ball when it comes to results or anything in general you need.
