I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I had a telehealth appointment booked, but it was canceled at short notice, and I was told I had to come in person because I have private insurance. Apparently, only Medicare cardholders are allowed telehealth appointments. This policy feels discriminatory and unfair, especially as I was unwell and relied on the convenience of telehealth. Forcing me to attend in person despite my condition was inconvenient and stressful. I hope the clinic reconsiders this approach to ensure equitable care for all patients.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
I arrived on time and waited for over 1 hours. When I asked to change my appointment to another doctor due to the delay, I was told I had to pay $60.

The receptionist (an Indian lady) insisted on this charge, which felt like a scam just to switch to a different doctor. I had another important appointment to get to — I couldn’t keep waiting.

Their management is extremely poor and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Edit*: I will send my detail to the email provided.

I’m very disappointed with how the receptionist spoke to me—she was rude and unprofessional. I was given a promise that wasn’t kept. I hope your calls are recorded so this can be reviewed and addressed properly.

I was told the manager would follow up, but it’s been more than 6 months, and I’ve still not received any communication.
I understand clinics can be busy, but basic communication and accountability are important—especially when it comes to health. I hope the clinic improves its follow-up process and patient care standards moving forward.
I’m still open to hearing from the clinic to resolve the issue.
The clinic should really read all the bad reviews people have left. It’s not just me—many others have had similar problems, and something clearly needs to change."

If you want to want to waste your time and see how incompetent times wasters look like, then welcome to this clinic.
I am very disappointed with their very inefficient customer service.

I attended this clinic for a vaccination which was meant to be a very quick appointment.

They wasted my time for over an hour and I was still waiting for them. The nurse was chit chatting with the Patient before me whom she picked without an appointment. She had no regards to my frustration and disappointment.
They made me waiting, despite I had an appointment booked for this purpose a week in advance.

I eventually had to take back my vaccination and walked out without getting it done.

This clinic is a bunch of time wasters and incompetent people.

It is so bizarre that Dr ….. refused to complete my child’s appointment. He refused to make a referral for my child and asked me to book another appointment. This shows that this clinic puts income and profit first over the patient’s health.

Some of the Doctors do not even complete the minimum 15 minutes booking. They rush and kick you out of their room. This attitude remind me of some taxi drivers who are waiting on the in crown on weekends. It is overwhelmingly disappointing to see the same mentality and attitude in this clinic.

Not a great experience. The doctor was more interested in moving to the next patient than listening to me. I was told to speed things up because others were waiting. Won’t be going back. Reception staff were the only positive part.I’m

I have been to this clinic on numerous occasions, and I have NEVER experienced what I encountered tonight. If I could give this clinic a zero I would. Stay away from Dr. Merryl Anselm, at Superclinic, Keysborough. Extremely unprofessional, and does not like it when you ask questions.

He called the receptionist half way through my six year old daughters appointment, and expressed that he was feeling ā€œstressed outā€ because I was asking questions in regards to my daughter, and her medical needs. He got up and left the appointment! As a doctor you should be able to answer my questions, and as a mother I have every single right to ask those questions!!

Dr. Merryl Anselm at Superclinic, Keysborough is unfit, and should NOT be practising.

I tried to keep it short and simple for Dr. when seeing them because they have only 10 min for each patient. Some Doctors are very quick, but a few of them could spend time to explain your results and put appropriated orders to solve your illness. Dr Yi is an exceptional. She always great with a smile, quick thinking, Not long waiting time,

I recently had the most frustrating and disappointing experience at Keysborough Superclinic, and I feel compelled to share my ordeal to warn others. My appointment was scheduled, but I ended up waiting for *30 minutes* just to be told by the receptionist that there were still *two more people ahead of me* – which she estimated would take about *an hour*.

When I explained that I needed to pick up my daughter from school, I was told the doctor would call me instead. I waited *another hour* at home, only to miss the call because it came through unexpectedly. When I called back, I was put on hold for a staggering *50 minutes*! By the time I got through, the clinic had already closed.

The lack of communication, excessive waiting times, and unprofessional handling of my situation left me feeling completely neglected and disrespected. It’s clear that this clinic has no regard for patients’ time or commitments. Save yourself the frustration and find a more reliable healthcare provider. I will *never* be returning to Keysborough Superclinic.
