Ive been a patient at this practice for 43 years. Reception Staff are always pleasant and accommodating for appointments. Nursing staff are so good at putting you at ease …. If you are having vaccinations or dressings done. Doctors are so caring and take plenty of time to listen. I never complain if i have to wait to be seen after my appointment time. After all … it could be me in the consulting room holding everyone up.

I have been seeing my GP at this clinic for 30 years…. I think that says it all!!! My adult sons also attend as well as my husband. We have never ever had a bad experience here.
Other heath organisations could learn a lot from how they deliver a consistently great patient experience.

The Drs at Parkdale, Dr Gooey is great, Dr Waldron who I mainly see is amazing, Dr Slattery is very experienced, I have not seen the other Drs but I believe they are all good.

I cannot highly recommend this clinic enough. Robyn and Jan at reception are so pleasant to deal with, not only on the phone but in person as well, nothing is ever too much trouble for them. The doctors are highly knowledgeable, very professional and always give you the time you need for your appointment, even if that means going over the allotted appointment time. I have been coming here for over 20 years, now my 2 children come here and I highly recommend this medical clinic.
