We absolutely adore Dr Payne and her amazing team, they have been such a blessing to our family. We have been with the clinic for about 25 years now. The doctors are all very thorough, knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and warm; all genuinely wanting to help and support. The clinic is more concerned with getting you in for long appointments for more money than providing a quality service.

Was told they could get me in to see a surgeon within 8 days until they knew I was a public patient, suddenly they couldn't find a surgeon, were cagey about what referral had been sent. I did my own ringing around and found a surgeon myself with the referral they had sent to someone I hadn't even been told about, the surgeon simply asked that referral be readdressed to him, well that requires me having to come in and pay again because they are just after the money. For all the money they have cost me they certainly haven't provided a service of equal measure, I found the staff at the local super clinic to have more emotional intelligence and compassion, and could write the exact same referrals without the overinflated costs.

Doctors here obviously can’t read or write. Dr Venuri Mutucumarana sent me to get an ultrasound, said I could get surgery to fix the problem. Went to see the surgeon, he said she read the ultrasound wrong and it was a waste of time.
What are we paying these useless doctors for?

Doctors here are amazing. We see Dr. Webb and she is very thorough and knowledgeable. What we hated on this clinic was the nurse and the system. So if you have a child, never take your child into their care. They are incompetent, rude and very unprofessional. A simple documentation of your child's vaccination cannot even be updated and reported (probably their incompetent nurse doesnt know how to do it), and I believe it is very important to record whatever that is being injected on the child's body.

Great reception staff.
I have a medical condition which I've had since 2013. My condition is that I could not sit, lay on my right side, stomach or back, I had been confined to laying on my left side.
For 12 months I spent not being able to move
I attended this medical centre for approximately 4yrs. I was on several
occasions waiting for 2hrs.
I moved interstate and my problem was diognosed within 12 months.
I was not tested for much at all while attending this practice.
I have a lipoma sitting on my sacrum.

Yes service is slower. But it's thorough. Time goes by. Blame time. Docs caring n knowledgeable wat else can u want. That's why they're still in business. Reception most times very good. They're human too. If they can't help they can't that's it. Bite the bullet n wait like a good patient wanting quality help. Or else go else where, fast service docs cursory service n bad outcomes. That's life mates.

Always ensures everything is covered before ending the consult. Very in depth and extremely knowledgable and patient. Selects referrals to specialist that suit your needs in speacialty, bed side manner and distance and even waiting times and different options. The whole family now attend to see her.
I also saw another doctor there once and was also very patient and approachable.
