Best facilities available for elderly and very caring nursing staff and best GP's in town. I have been going to TLC Medical Centre since 2019 and all my medical issues are sorted in timely manner with care. Thank you TLC Medical Centre Hallam for such a great service.

Called to book appointment. Unfortunately someone called me in my work place, I asked the receptionist to hold for and she hold it for less than 3 mins , when I said thank you for holding, I am sorry , I am at work . She replied - no rudely- we are also at work , this clinic is busy. We are really busy . I was shocked . I just put down the phone by telling this is not the right attitude.
I am a manager of a clinic , it is really sad to see how come people like this get hired as receptionist.
Bad experience before even booking 🤣
