I saw Dr.E.Farag after experiencing horrible stomach pain. As I began to explain my symptoms he was rubbing his face in annoyance and made me feel extremely uncomfortable and dismissed. A follow up visit had him repeat the same behaviour with additional yawns as I was exiting the room. He was exceptionally rude and possessed an awful demeanour. People see a GP to not only receive medical help, but to feel attended to and have their questions answered. I am not at all impressed with this service and will NOT be returning. If you want a clinic to be successful maybe consider treating people with some respect and identify their needs in a professional, thoughtful manner.

My husband and I cannot speak highly enough, for all areas of this practice.
We have been patients of Dr. George Farag for 3 years, since moving to the area.
The care and professionalism shown is exceptional.
Dr. George does not leave a stone unturned in following up questions and diagnoses.
The staff are always friendly and willing to assist us in any way .
Just recently, when I arrived for an appointment, I was given a script for an injection which I was about to receive.
I did not have to ask…..it was there already!
After this, Dr. George presented me with a script that my husband needed.
It was like VIP treatment.

This practice provides outstanding service, my Gp George Farag actually listens to me, other gp’s the same. The reception staff are very helpful, having pharmacy and all the services onsite is fantastic. I feel lucky to have this clinic close to home.

Always fantastic care. From the reception to the GP's. I have never had an issue with their service for myself or family members. Only last week I injured my knee and doctor Rawal fast tracked me to have X-ray and gave me my results within the hour.

Had a 1:00 pm appointment today and got in on time, fantastic!
Dr N. Babawale was very professional and informative. Even though the procedure wasn’t my favourite she was very gentle and kind at all times.

Although most GPs in this practice is pretty good, I just had the absolute worst experience with today. My mother in-law were complaining about cold and flue symptoms and very high blood pressure of 175. Despite this the GP did not check her pressure himself, only asked a couple of very generic questions about her cough, no swab tests to see if it might be a viral infection. He wrote two rounds of antibiotics and made us feel like he wated us out of his office immediately

You would think since you now have to pay for your appointments they would improve the Doctors here but honestly it’s like Russian roulette. One visit the doctor is reasonably ok, the next they push you out the door in 4 minutes, don’t listen to what you have to say or cut you off when trying to. Didn’t feel listened to, didn’t have any of my basics checked. Maybe next time I’ll get a doctor that actually cares about their patients.

Dr Peter Andrews is rude and dismissive. He spoke over me and cut me off when I was trying to explain my symptoms, he did this about 5 times.Wouldn't allow me to speak. He is rude and cold. I've never had this kind of experience from a doctor. You go to doctors for help when your not well, the last thing you want is the person your asking for help to be dismissive.
