My family and I have been attending this clinic for a number of years. The team of doctors, nurses, and reception staff are professional and fantastic. Dr Vinh Le is the dedicated, attentive and knowledgeable and shows genuine care for your needs. Good follow up practices in the treatments. Could not recommend them highly enough. Overall very happy with my experience.

Always have had a great experience at this Clinic, my family and I would only see Dr Vinh Le, he shows a lot of empathy and compassion and explain things in details. Thank goodness it was Dr Le who help to diagnose my wife's condition earlier on and without hesitation refer her to ER straight away for treatments. The front desk staff are friendly and understanding.
Another great thing I find about this clinic is when you book in a timeslot, you generally will see the doctor very close to the booked time, other clinics we would be waiting over an 1hr from our booking time which is really annoying. If you are looking for a friendly family doctor service, caring and professional doctor then this is the place for you.

Great experience with Dr Vinh, my whole family’s current go-to clinic. I also had a Trypanophobia so I haven’t had any vaccinations for years, thankfully to the Doctor’s technique, it does not hurt and I am fully up to date in term of immune systems

THEY WON'T ANSWER THE PHONE. I've been trying to call the clinic to make an appointment for my daughter for 3 days and no one wants to answer. The phone line is sometimes busy, which means somebody is there using the phone but when I immediately try again, it rings and rings with no answer. In the last 3 days, I have attempted to call 37 times. There is no other way to book an appointment other than to call, hence the reason I keep calling.

I only attend this clinic for it's convenient location and usually it's easy to get an appointment but now it's time to go elsewhere particularly as on my last visit, the doctor had foreign music blaring from his office. You'e lost me as a patient as well as my family.

I had few bad experiences with this clinic! But the most recent one is when the doctor shows no empathy, care or any concerns towards my anxiety regarding my mum’s breast biopsy results! I asked him politely if he can call my mum if he received her results! And with very cold tone voice he said no! I couldn’t believe that her family doctor couldn’t careless!

The receptionist is the rudest human being I have ever met. I was absolutely appalled by her tone to a patient who was in a very vulnerable state. Condescending, unprofessional and disrespectful.
She don't understand how to treat or speak with patients and has a superiority complex. If you want to keep your business, you need to give her some training on manners or better yet fire her altogether.

Went to see a doctor for my routine check on monday18th and the receptionist was soo rude,telling me they are not seeing any patient and that i should call first,she ended up throwing me a card to make an appointment n shouted at me to leave the premisis,this was shocking i immedietly went to another practice and to my supprise i was booked in and saw a doctor 3hrs later,have decided to stop going to this GP as they are rude and racist. My advise to anyone is to avoid going there at all cost.
