i’ve waited upwards of 2 hours in the waiting room on multiple occasions (pouring into after hours), really frustrating when the ladies at the desk tell you the doctor is taking his time and being thorough. Every appointment with Dr. Vu only goes for 15-20 minutes and really isn’t all that helpful. Hopefully this will be my last appointment here. I do not recommend, has a water fountain and bathroom though so one star.

Very rude and unreasonable staff. Was screamed at by the ‘office manager’ by the name of Teresa.
I went in to make a 2nd AZ vaccination appointment after 6 weeks interval and was abruptly told I had to wait 12 weeks which I knew was not true. I politely ask again and was rudely told no. I called the hotline and made an appointment through them. I just cannot believe a medical clinic was unaware of updated COVID rules.

Springvale Family Healthcare, what fantastic service!

Dr Vu is a wonderful doctor; he is so kind, caring and understanding and takes time to listen and help his patients with their health issues. All of the staff are very helpful and friendly. Dr Vu has put us on the right treatment plans for our medical conditions and he explains everything to us in a very clear and patient manner. My family and I have been seeing Dr Vu for 16 years and even my husband’s family have visited him for their medical care. The services we have received from Dr Vu have been excellent and I highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

Doctors are ok but greedy. They are charging patients surcharges after 5pm and weekend. Cash only, no receipts, tax avoidance. They made so much money during endemic and want more patients cash. ATO should look into this.

I had a stomach ulcer and was prescribed Somac for a year and a half until I read up it wasn’t good to take long term so I asked for a referral to a gastroenterologist where I was told I had a bacterial ulcer and only had to take one antibiotic pill to cure it.
When I went to see him for my test results and Dr Peter Vu told me that I only had to take one antibiotic pill to cure it he doesn’t give me a reason why I had to see him for a year and a half on a monthly basis for a prescription for medicine that I shouldn’t be talking long term. Just pretends he’s done nothing wrong or negligent.
Dr Peter Vu is an incapable general practitioner that should have his medical license reviewed for he seriously lacks judgment with his medical prognosis and advice.
