An email sent to Enrich canceling mums account, still waiting for final discharge letter and statements. Do your loved one a favour and save them and yourself the stress with dealing with this company, plenty other better services out there to choose from.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by Enrich. To call my mum while she is in the hospital, unwell, and have her upset over an iPad and phone—both of which are minor expenses—was completely unnecessary and unacceptable.

For years, I’ve been advising my mum to move on from your services because I’ve noticed a significant decline since my dad passed away. Enrich was exceptional in supporting him, going above and beyond his needs, and I was thoroughly impressed. Unfortunately, my experience with mum has been drastically different. She’s had to fight and complain just to receive basic service, which should be standard for any care provider.

There have been multiple issues, such as the lack of staffing and the insensitive decision to send a male caregiver to assist mum with her shower. I only avoided escalating the matter because she pleaded with me not to take further action. Additionally, the long delay in transitioning her from a Level 3 to Level 4 package was frustrating, and honestly, the support she’s received at Level 4 has been underwhelming, especially compared to what my dad received.

I’ve also requested monthly statements to track how her funds are being used and to explore the possibility of increasing her social time, but this request was never fulfilled consistently.

Having worked in customer service, I understand how companies can lose sight of their clients, treating them as mere numbers or sources of income. I fully expect the standard, generic “we’re sorry” response, but frankly, our family has had enough.

Please cancel my mum’s contract with Enrich and send me a formal letter of cancellation today.

I rang three times to cancel my domestic cleaning for today on Friday 16th, Monday 20th and Tuesday 21st January. Not one of the workers who answer phone calls rang me back.
Very poor service from Enrich Living Victoria. There should be a phone number and an email address for current clients to ring.
I will be going into hospital for laser surgery so how do I cancel if needed and ring to resume a service

I really don’t want to even give Enrich Living a 1 star as they don’t deserve it. The company has been nothing but a nightmare staff have no clue what they are doing and have no care factor about there clients. Seriously this needs to be looked into as I don’t understand how they are operating. I must say Tracey is most compassionate person in there and knows her work inside out but for the other staff I don’t know how they still have a job? I’m so glad that we have changed providers as they were given me more grief than anything. Head office really need to look into they way the staff work as they have no idea very very slack. I just like to thank Tracey for everything she has done and been very helpful. Hope she gets recognised for her wonderful work. Enrich Living you need to change your attitude with your clients and be more compassionate cause you as a company have gone down hill.

My sister is with enrich as she has cancer and going through serious treatment, which is why she has a home care package in the first place, when you sign up they say they will look after you. But they do not. My sister needs a support worker and they will not give her one. You call and email and they don't get back to you for days. Dawn is our (care coordinator) but clearly does not care. If the trial treatment my sister is having which coursers her to be very unwell does not work she will die with in six month so you would think putting supports in place would be a high priority
