My family and I have been seeing Dr Anna Velkov for many years and she is by far the best GP that we have seen. She is friendly, attentive, caring and highly professional. She has managed several chronic medical issues for me and has always made the right call on medication and, when necessary, referrals to specialists. I cannot recommend her more highly.

The clinic is busy however I have always found the reception staff (especially Dash) to be friendly and helpful. The only people who I have seen get agitated are those without an appointment who expect to be seen immediately. The clinic's booking system works well and appointments generally run close to time.

Big joke. They FORCED you to pay again for pick up the health check result. The reception told me I couldn’t take my own health check result unless I book another appointment with the doctor and pay for another consultation fee. I did the same health check with another clinic before I moved to this suburb. The other clinic are much better than this one, because the other clinic sent the result to me directly and asked if I would like to book another appointment to discuss the results with the doctor. This clinic FORCED you to book another appointment to pick up the result. How funny it is.
More funnier is that before I did the test, the doctor told me that I will receive the results within 2 weeks, if the result is good,they will send it to me through email, and if the result is bad, they will call me to book an appointment. I have been waiting for 5 weeks without any email or phone calls. The reception has received the results ages ago but no one contacted me or send it to me until I called today to follow up. Imagine if I just followed what the doctor told me waiting there and didn’t call today, the result will be sitting there forever, and I will miss the promptly treatment.

Recklessly indifferent, Russian trained and extremely rude. No evidence of accountability. A horrendous experience which could have been avoided so easily. Absolutely recommend that you avoid using them.

I have been seeing Psychologist Peter Wilson for over 7 years now, and I can't recommend him highly enough. He has been absolutely amazing in helping me, and is extremely kind and warm. He is someone who truly care about helping his patients to the best of his abilities.
I cannot talk about the doctors here, or other services at this clinic, but if you are looking for a psychologist, Peter is someone I would recommend in a heartbeat.

Absolutely shocking that the trainee doctor would be so unreasonably rude when she has yet to fully assess my situation.

Came in with a bad case of food poisoning, started explaining what I had eaten or drunk over the past few days but the doctor spoke to me as if I were a child without even trying to ascertain what strain it might have been (salmonella etc).

She even outright said that I definitely will forget what she said and insisted on writing down "no eating or drinking until you feel better" on a piece of paper. So unbelievably condescending.

Tried to explain that I had been severely dehydrated because I had been trying to starve it out and she kept cutting in and said she didn't believe me (why on earth would I lie about my condition?). She just kept cutting me off mid-sentence.

Makes you really wonder if she's off her meds herself.

0/10 would recommend. You're better off asking the attendants at Woolies for medical advice

The worst clinic I have been to. There are two issues: one is the management and second is the doctor.
They don’t release test results to the patients to force them into scheduling another session with a $70.00 charge.
I had a knee injury and GP even didn’t look at my knee to check for the swelling.
You are wasting your money if you go to this clinic

If you are looking at getting your documents attested by Dr. Richard as Justice of Peace (JP), please look for someone else. In spite of having an appointment with him, I was firstly asked to come back later and then made to wait for over an hour and still the receptionist had no clue if he would be available. I was repeatedly told that he is terribly busy and I need to wait. I request the reception team to value other people's time as well, to check with the Dr if he is able to do the attestation work and if not - that's fine. But please dear reception team do not make people wait endlessly.

My partner came here for a bad cut on his finger he got while working as a carpenter, the female doctor he spoke to wouldn't even look under the bandage, didn't clean the wound and said it would be fine. How she knew that without looking we'll never know. He went straight to a different medical centre and they put three stitches in. Absolutely appalling service, would not recommend anyone seek medical attention from here.
